Who is behind the curtain?

It was nearing the end of 2020, and AJ Brown was with a friend, bemoaning the pandemic and the fact that she had been unable to host a birthday party that year for either of her two kids...something she (and they) loved doing.  Her friend suggested themed tent parties...parties that can be outdoors or indoors, and socially distanced if needed.  A deep dive on Pinterest clarified the vision, as well as the fact that nothing like that yet existed here.

And so Sweet InTENTions Celebrations was born.  Sweet InTENTions is a one-stop shop for unique, beautifully crafted and magical birthdays and celebrations.  A single mom with a passion for kids, creativity and design, AJ brings her warm personality and attention to detail to her unique celebrations.  AJ was raised in Moraga, attended UCLA and UC Berkeley, managed the California Academy of Performing Arts ("CAPA") in Moraga for ten years, and resides locally with her two kids, Finley and Cooper, who love helping to inspire and design Sweet InTENTions Celebrations.
